SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please notify us within 14 days of product arrival if there is a problem with your order. A return address will be provided once contact has been made.
SHIPPING
Most items are made to order and shipped within 3-7 business days. Shipping is via USPS and the cost is a flat rate.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted if there is a flaw in the making of the item (ie. wrinkled or lifting vinyl, faulty snap). Returns will not be honored for any other reason.
EXCHANGES
If the wrong size was ordered, exchanges will be honored. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Items should be in original condition. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Every dollar you give can help Good Shepherd Food Bank distribute 3 meals to hungry people in Maine. The Food Bank also relies on the generosity of over 200 food donors, including supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and others. Individuals and organizations also donate food through Food Drives.
With the help of hundreds of volunteers, Good Shepherd Food Bank provides food to more than 178,000 Mainers each year. Volunteers help in many ways, including inspecting, sorting and packing food at our Auburn warehouse.
